Best AUDIO home theatre system for Under $8000 USD?

I ALREADY HAVE THE TV!!!!!!!!! Ok so all of you tech heads out there I’m interested in getting the best sounding home theatre I can for $8k or so. I will use it mainly to watch movies, but I also love music and plan on having SA-CD and DVD-Audio. I have already gotten my 65in plasma so we’re just talking A/V receiver amplifier and speakers no need to mention a TV. Thanks!!
Hmm never even heard of Mythos OR PVS but they look pretty damn good. I was looking at the top of the line Yamaha receiver and JBL Studio type L speakers. Any other suggestions?
